Job summary

Jobot in Seattle seeks a Construction Project Manager to oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout, acting as the primary contact for clients, subcontractors and teams.

You will manage schedules and budgets, coordinate meetings, negotiate contracts, review costs, and ensure quality and safety throughout the project lifecycle.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field and 5+ years of commercial PM experience, with strong leadership.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Details

The Construction Project Manager will oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout, serving as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and project teams. This individual will be responsible for managing budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, risk mitigation, and overall project execution while ensuring successful project delivery.

Manage construction projects from preconstruction through completion
