• Read plans and manage subcontractors with scheduling adherence.
• Experience creating, updating, and following a project schedule.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with accuracy and follow-up.
• Detail oriented team player in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have valid California driver’s license and US work eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble project proposals, develop estimates and quantity estimates.
• Set-up and attend job walk-throughs with clients and subcontractors.
• Complete subcontractor processes including subcontracts, change orders, POs, submittals and RFIs.
• Maintain project files and software in an orderly manner.
• Lead weekly owner/contractor meetings and distribute minutes.
• Oversee and manage construction schedule weekly, forecast issues, and identify solutions.

Skills, Qualifications, and Work Experience

• Solid computer skills in Excel, Word, Outlook, Microsoft Project, PlanGrid, Blue Beam and Procore.
• Valid and current California Driver’s License with a clean DMV record.
• Must be able to read plans, manage subcontractors, proficient in creating, updating and adhering to a schedule.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in accordance with procedures, with an emphasis on accuracy and proper follow-up/reporting.
• Detail oriented team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks and demands.
• This is not a remote work position.
• Ability to work in the United States.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble new project proposals, develop estimates and detailed quantity estimates.
• Set-up and attend job walk-throughs with clients and subcontractors.
• Complete subcontractor buy-out and subcontractor selection.Prepare and process all aspects of subcontractor processes including subcontracts, change orders, purchase orders, submittals and RFI’s.Maintain projects/files/software in an orderly manner.
• Run owner/contractor weekly job meetings including timely follow up and distribution of meeting minutes.
• Oversee and manage the construction schedule on a weekly basis.This includes forecasting and identifying problems and determining the best solution to ensure the project stays on schedule.
• Prepare monthly billings and review and approve all job invoices.
