Job summary

Promera is a leading provider of critical environment management solutions for mission critical environments, including data centers, cleanrooms, and life sciences facilities.

The Project Manager is responsible for managing the execution of contracted services for sub-contractor on large active construction site. You will supervise crew of 4–8, interface with general contractors, and ensure safety and timely delivery of daily/weekly reports. OSHA-10 is required, travel up to 50% may be needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience supervising crew.
• Previous experience in a similar position with focus on crew management.
• Construction project experience preferred.
• OSHA-10 required, OSHA-30 preferred.
• Attention to detail is a must.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Able to pass pre-employment background check and drug test.
• Able to travel up to 50% and work up to 50 hours per week.
• Able to lift at least 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.

• Establishing daily production goals based on overall plan.
• Managing and assisting in all work daily - Crew size varies from 4 to 8 staff.
• Interface with general contractor, other trades, vendors, and home office.

• Generate and manage daily and weekly work reports.
• Other duties as assigned or required.

• Project currently has 1st shift but chance of 2nd shift is always possible.
• Able to lift at least 30 lbs and remain on feet for extended periods of time.
• Willingness to travel.
