Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or Business is required.
  • 5+ years of direct affordable housing asset management experience.
  • Extensive LIHTC and other affordable housing program knowledge (HOME, Section 8, RAD, LURAs).
  • Strong finance and accounting expertise with financial statements and modeling.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to translate data into recommendations.

## Asset ManagerApply: Oregon, WI: Phoenix, AZ: Denver, CO: Full time: Posted 2 Days Ago: JR100482**Join our team as an Asset Manager!**Gorman & Company is seeking an experienced Affordable Housing Asset Manager to join our Asset Management team. This is a senior-level opportunity for an accomplished asset management professional with 5+ years of direct affordable housing asset management experience and a strong understanding of the financial and investment side of LIHTC and other affordable housing properties.This hybrid position can be based in our Oregon, Wisconsin; Phoenix, Arizona; or Denver, Colorado offices.
