Job summary

MODLOGIQ, Inc in New Holland, PA is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee modular construction projects from inception to completion. This role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

You will plan budgets and schedules, coordinate with architects and subcontractors, manage risks, ensure quality, and communicate with clients while leading the project team. PMP is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on modular construction.
• Proficiency in construction processes, materials, safety regulations, and project management software.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.

About the role

MODLOGIQ is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to work in our New Holland PA office/plant to oversee and manage modular construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail.

What you'll do

• The Construction Project Manager role involves overseeing modular construction projects from start to finish, with a focus on delivering high-quality, sustainable, and efficient buildings.
• Project Planning and Coordination: Developing project plans, budgets, and timelines, and coordinating with architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Budget and Risk Management: Monitoring project budgets, tracking expenses, and identifying and mitigating potential project risks.
• Quality Management: Overseeing construction activities to ensure compliance with client expectations and high-quality standards.
• Client Communication and Team Leadership: Acting as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, and leading and motivating the project team.

Qualifications
