Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM, Eng, Arch, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in preconstruction, estimating, design-build, or modular construction.
• Experience supporting sales pursuits and client-facing preconstruction activities.
• Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings and specifications.
• Strong budgeting, cost analysis, and scope development skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination across stakeholders.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Act as a bridge between Sales, clients, architects, engineers, and preconstruction/estimating teams.
• Ensure projects are scoped, budgeted, and planned for successful execution.
• Drive new projects and revenue growth.
• Shape project strategy during pursuit phase.

• Handoff to Project Execution team after contract award.
