Job summary

MODLOGIQ, Inc in New Holland, PA is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee modular construction projects from inception to completion. This role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

You will plan budgets and schedules, coordinate with architects and subcontractors, manage risks, ensure quality, and communicate with clients while leading the project team. PMP is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on modular construction.
• Proficiency in construction processes, materials, safety regulations, and project management software.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee modular construction projects from start to finish, delivering high-quality, sustainable buildings.
• Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines; coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Monitor budgets, track expenses, and identify mitigating risks.
• Oversee construction activities to ensure client expectations and quality standards.
• Act as main point of contact for clients and lead the project team.
