Job summary

Chapter Renovation is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead high-end residential renovations from pre-construction to closeout in the Miami area. You will drive schedules, budgets, quality, and client experience while coordinating homeowners, subcontractors, vendors, designers, and internal teams.

You will own the full lifecycle of projects, manage costs, and ensure clear communication. The role requires hands-on field and office coordination, with travel across active job sites in

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of construction or project management experience required.
• South Florida residential construction experience strongly preferred.
• Experience managing residential renovation projects.
• Background in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential renovation projects from pre-construction to closeout.
• Manage budgets, estimates, takeoffs, and cost control.
• Schedule projects and coordinate field activities.
• Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, permits, and documentation.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and designers; manage client communications.
• Run weekly progress meetings and report to stakeholders.
• Perform site visits, quality control, and closeout activities.
