Job summary

Kay & Co is seeking a Project Manager to lead full project delivery on commercial builds along the East Coast, owning budgets, schedules, and subcontractor coordination while serving as the main client contact.

The ideal candidate will have solid PM experience with a commercial GC/CM, Procore proficiency, and a Construction Management or Civil Engineering degree. Competitive base up to $150k + bonus, plus structured growth and a people-first culture.

The Role

Our client is hiring a Project Manager to run full project delivery from preconstruction through closeout, owning budget, schedule, subcontractor coordination and client relationships day to day on commercial builds across the East Coast.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing full project delivery from preconstruction through closeout
• Owning budgets, schedules and subcontractor coordination day to day
• Acting as the main point of contact for clients, architects and consultants
• Running OAC meetings and keeping the design team and field aligned
• Managing change orders, RFIs and submittals throughout the project
• Coordinating closely with the site team to keep quality and schedule on track

What Our Client is Looking For

• Solid experience as a Project Manager with a commercial general contractor or construction manager
• Comfortable across a mix of sectors rather than one narrow niche
• Strong client and subcontractor relationship management
• Confident running OAC meetings and owning the budget and schedule independently
• Proficiency with Procore or similar project management software
• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field preferred
