Role Description

The Construction Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Libertyville, IL. This role oversees residential construction projects from pre-construction planning through completion, including scheduling, coordination of trades, and on-site supervision to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget. Daily responsibilities include managing project timelines, monitoring budgets and change orders, reviewing plans and specifications, and ensuring quality standards and building codes are met. The Construction Project Manager will communicate regularly with clients, architects, designers, and subcontractors, resolve issues that arise on site, and maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
