Role Description

The Construction Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Brooklyn, NY. This individual oversees projects from pre-construction through closeout, coordinating schedules, subcontractors, and site activities to ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Daily responsibilities include developing and maintaining project plans, tracking progress, managing budgets and change orders, and ensuring compliance with safety and building regulations. The role involves frequent communication with clients, architects, engineers, and vendors, translating client requirements into actionable plans and providing regular status updates. The Construction Project Manager also conducts site inspections, resolves issues, and supports punch list completion and post-construction follow-ups.

• Proficiency in financial planning and control, including Budgeting for construction projects.
