Job summary

Zyve Partners LLC is seeking a Project Manager in Las Vegas to take full ownership of ground-up projects from kickoff through closeout, working with experienced superintendents and project teams.

The role offers a compensation range of $120,000–$150,000 plus benefits, a vehicle, 401(k) match, PTO, and potential bonuses. Bachelor’s degree is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Direct all aspects of project management — budget, schedule, and resource planning — from start to finish.
• Coordinate closely with field teams, subcontractors, and vendors to keep projects moving and maintain quality standards.
• Evaluate plans and specs to catch potential issues early and suggest improvements.
• Oversee quality control and manage project staff to stay on schedule and within budget.
• Handle contract review, change orders, and other key project documentation.
