GH Engage in Indianapolis is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to join a leading employee-owned General Contractor. You will take ownership of high-value industrial, healthcare and data center projects across the Midwest.

You will plan and lead, delegate tasks to contractors, collaborate with estimators, engineers and clients, and broker deals with distributors and suppliers. ESOP and industry-leading benefits accompany a strong project pipeline.

Qualifications

• Experience as a project manager at a reputable General Contractor.
• Experience on high-value industrial, healthcare and/or data center projects.
• A degree in Construction Management, or significant experience.

The Mission:

• Planning and leadership on industrial, healthcare and/or data center projects
• Distributing and delegating tasks to contractors
• Collaboration with estimators, engineers and clients
• Helping to broker deals with distributors & suppliers

You’ll need:

• Experience at a Reputable General Contractor, as a project manager.
• Experience on high-value industrial, healthcare and/or data center projects
• A degree in Construction Management, or significant experience
