GH Engage is partnering with a top-tier Midwest General Contractor to recruit a seasoned Construction Project Manager for Chicago. You will plan and lead industrial, commercial and data center projects, directing contractors and coordinating with estimators, engineers and clients to ensure project success.

You’ll work directly with leaders on a robust project pipeline and have opportunities for rapid progression in a dynamic, high-profile environment.

Qualifications

• Experience at a reputable general contractor as a project manager.
• Degree in Construction Management or significant experience.
• Strong leadership and planning abilities for industrial/commercial/data center projects.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead industrial, commercial and/or data center projects.
• Distribute and delegate tasks to contractors.
• Collaborate with estimators, engineers and clients.
• Broker deals with distributors and suppliers.
