GH Engage is partnering with a top-tier Midwest General Contractor to recruit a seasoned Construction Project Manager for Chicago. You will plan and lead industrial, commercial and data center projects, directing contractors and coordinating with estimators, engineers and clients to ensure project success.

You’ll work directly with leaders on a robust project pipeline and have opportunities for rapid progression in a dynamic, high-profile environment.

Formación

• Experience at a reputable general contractor as a project manager.
• Degree in Construction Management or significant experience.
• Strong leadership and planning abilities for industrial/commercial/data center projects.

Responsabilidades

GH Engage have partnered with one of the elite General Contractors in the Midwest to find them a seasoned project manager. This is an incredible opportunity with scope for rapid progression and a fantastic pipeline of projects to work on.

The Mission:

• Planning and leadership on industrial, commercial and/or data center projects


• Distributing and delegating tasks to contractors


• Collaboration with estimators, engineers and clients


• Helping to broker deals with distributors & suppliers

You’ll need:

• Experience at a Reputable General Contractor, as a project manager


• A degree in Construction Management, or significant experience

• Salary up to $140K at Mid-Level, up to $170K at senior
