GH Engage, a leading Texas General Contractor, seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial, healthcare, and light industrial projects across Texas from Houston, Austin or Dallas. Take ownership, coordinate with estimators, engineers and clients, and drive successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience as PM or senior APM with a reputable GC.
• Experience on commercial, healthcare or light industrial builds.
• Degree in Construction Management or significant equivalent experience.

Construction Project Manager - Houston, Austin or Dallas - Leading Texas General Contractor

GH Engage have partnered with one of the strongest commercial General Contractors in Texas to find them an experienced project manager. A fantastic opportunity to take real ownership of projects across the state, with the flexibility to be based in Houston, Austin or Dallas.

The Mission:

• Planning and leadership on commercial, healthcare and light industrial projects
• Distributing and delegating tasks to contractors
• Collaboration with estimators, engineers and clients
• Helping to broker deals with distributors & suppliers

You’ll need:

• Experience at a reputable General Contractor, as a project manager or senior APM ready to step up
• Experience on commercial, healthcare or light industrial builds. Education and higher-ed backgrounds will also be considered
• A degree in Construction Management, or significant experience
