We’re a leader in the Central Indiana water and wastewater construction market, known for delivering smart, cost-effective solutions that keep communities running.

The starting salary ranges from $86,212 to $120,000 per year, depending on experience. Higher negotiations may be possible for candidates with substantial industry experience.

What You’ll Do:

The Construction Project Manager will oversee multiple projects, ensuring timely, budget-friendly, and high-quality completion.

• Develop and manage project schedules and budgets; create progress reports and accurate estimates; conduct thorough site surveys.
• Secure necessary submittals and documentation per client and specification requirements.
• Lead project meetings with operations and subcontractors to finalize schedules and ensure contract compliance.
• Oversee contract administration, site investigations, quality standards, crew performance, and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate project cost tracking, manage profit and loss, and ensure timely billing and collections.
• Analyze monthly performance metrics, including labor hours and subcontractor schedules; conduct month-end financial reviews.
• Lead and support team members while collaborating with Operations and Business Development for project success.

What We Need:

• 5+ years of experience in Construction Management, Engineering, or related fields.
• 5+ years of water/wastewater construction experience.
• Proven leadership in construction and team management.
• Strong understanding of project P&L and financial calculations.
• Familiarity with “percent of cost” accounting and financial reporting.
• Experience in collections, contract management, budgeting, forecasting, and cost accounting.
• Comfort with business math and interpreting technical instructions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, JD Edwards; knowledge of Primavera Contract Manager and P6 is a plus.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated, proactive, and capable of guiding projects from start to finish.
• Willingness to travel overnight as needed.
