The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and several years of experience, with preferred 7+ years in similar teams. Travel to local facilities is possible; flexible hours may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience.
• 7+ years preferred in architectural, construction management, or facilities teams; public works a plus.
• Strong judgment with ability to anticipate, analyze, and resolve complex issues.
• Proven track record of delivering high quality projects on time and within budget.
• Organized, deliberate and thorough, able to explain complex processes to diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
• Plan all phases of the construction lifecycle from initiation to completion.
• Provide proactive planning and project management to assist project teams.
• Manage procurement activities and regulatory permits.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and national codes and safety.
• Coordinate with house doctors, general contractors, and construction manager partners.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and report to senior team members.
• Oversee budget, timeline, and quality control plans.
• Handle project turnover documents and closeout.
