Arcadis is seeking a driven project professional to manage facility infrastructure and capital improvement projects. The role requires coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and safety standards.

Travel to local facilities may be required, with a flexible schedule to accommodate project needs. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in CM/Eng and have at least 3 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction management or related role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
• Plan all phases of construction lifecycle from initiation to completion, with knowledge of procurement.
• Provide proactive planning and project management to coordinate stakeholders.
