Job summary

LeoForce is hiring a Construction Project Manager for our Grand Rapids, MI portfolio. You will lead multifamily, commercial, and industrial projects from inception through completion, coordinating schedules, budgets, and resources to deliver quality results on time.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of PM experience in construction, strong leadership and communication, and proficiency with Procore or Bluebeam. This role offers growth opportunities and a collaborative, safety‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial, industrial, or multifamily construction project management.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, or similar tools).
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multifamily, commercial, industrial projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Lead project teams, mentor junior staff, and ensure safety and quality standards.

• Base salary: $90,000 - $130,000, depending on experience and market conditions
