Job summary

Jobot in Southeast Michigan is seeking a seasoned Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead impactful developments from planning through closeout. You will drive schedules, budgets, and stakeholder communication across owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities include managing contracts, RFIs, submittals, cost control, and ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Experience managing projects valued at $5M+.
• Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects from planning through completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
• Review contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
• Monitor project costs and proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Support project closeout activities and client turnover.
