Job Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee multiple projects, including commercial buildings, government facilities, senior living communities, and hotels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing large-scale, multi-faceted construction projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of assigned construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, quality control, and client relations
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to meet project goals
• Develop and maintain project timelines to ensure on-time and within-budget completion
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and government contracting requirements
• Prepare and present project status reports to management and clients
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and permits
• Oversee procurement of materials and equipment
• Implement and maintain quality control processes specific to each project type

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in construction project management, focusing on commercial, government, senior living, and hospitality projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Experience with government contracting processes and regulations
• Understanding of specialized requirements for senior living and hospitality projects
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to sites

Preferred Skills

• PMP or CCM certification
• LEED accreditation
• Experience with BIM technology
• Familiarity with sustainable building practices
