SureCrete LLC in Dallas, TX seeks a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large scale civil/concrete construction projects. You will oversee scheduling, budgeting, safety, and coordination with field crews, subcontractors, and owners.

This role demands strong leadership, clear communication, and a proven track record managing multiple projects, with the ability to resolve field issues proactively and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in civil/concrete construction.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must be drug-free and able to pass a drug screening.

SureCrete LLC is a fast-growing concrete and civil construction contractor based in Dallas, TX, with active projects across the southern United States. Our work includes underground utilities, excavation, earthwork, and concrete paving.

We are currently seeking a highly experienced, motivated Senior Project Manager with a strong background in excavation, utilities, earthwork, and concrete construction to lead large scale projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Manage and lead multiple construction projects

• Assist estimating team

• Prepare and submit daily reports

• Coordinate field personnel, subcontractors, and vendors

• Develop and manage project budgets and cost controls
