LeoForce in Kansas City, MO is seeking a Concrete Project Manager to oversee large-scale concrete paving and heavy civil projects from preconstruction to completion. You will lead schedules, budgets, and coordination with field ops, subcontractors, and owners to deliver safely and on schedule.

The role requires 5+ years in construction PM, a related degree, and a proven track record in delivering complex infrastructure projects in the Midwest. Travel to multiple project sites will be required.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably in concrete paving or heavy civil.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgets, and contract documentation.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee large-scale concrete paving and heavy civil projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, monitor budgets, and track progress against plans.
  • Coordinate with field operations, subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and owners.
  • Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on all sites.

Job Details
  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably within concrete paving, heavy civil, highway, roadway, or infrastructure construction.
  • Strong understanding of concrete paving operations, project scheduling, production, and construction processes.
  • Experience managing projects from preconstruction through final completion and closeout.
  • Proven ability to manage project budgets, cost controls, change orders, billing, forecasting, and financial performance.
  • Ability to develop and maintain project schedules while coordinating closely with field operations.
  • Experience managing subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, inspectors, engineers, and owners.
  • Strong understanding of construction plans, specifications, contracts, and project documentation.
  • Ability to identify project risks, resolve issues, and maintain progress against schedule and budget.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both internal teams and external clients.
  • Experience with construction management software and project scheduling tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong commitment to safety, quality, productivity, and accountability.
  • Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
