Job summary

SureCrete LLC in Dallas, TX seeks an experienced General Superintendent to lead field operations on multiple concurrent civil and concrete projects. You will direct crews, coordinate resources, and ensure plans and specifications are followed.

Responsibilities include managing schedules, safety, and collaboration with project managers, GCs, inspectors, and subcontractors to keep projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Extensive field leadership experience in civil, concrete, or heavy construction.
• Ability to run multiple crews and multiple jobsites simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of concrete operations, earthwork, and underground utilities.
• Ability to read and work from plans, specs, and grade.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Must be drug-free and able to pass a drug screening.

SureCrete LLC is a fast-growing concrete and civil construction contractor based in Dallas, TX, with active projects across the southern United States. Our work includes underground utilities, excavation, earthwork, and concrete paving.

SureCrete is currently looking for an experienced and highly motivated General Superintendent to lead field operations across our projects.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Lead and direct field operations across multiple concurrent projects

• Supervise superintendents, foremen, operators, and field crews

• Coordinate manpower, equipment, and material deliveries for maximum productivity

• Read and interpret civil plans, structural drawings, grading plans, and specifications

• Manage line and grade, layout, forming, placement, finishing, and curing operations

• Build and maintain short-interval schedules; drive production to meet milestones

• Conduct daily site walks and pre-task planning meetings
