Job summary

Randstad USA in Dallas, TX is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead top-tier interior build-outs. Bring 5-7 years of commercial construction experience as a general contractor and strong budget skills to our client, a premier facility management firm transforming active commercial spaces with zero hassle.

The role offers a permanent, full-time position with a competitive salary range of $130,000 to $145,000 per year and a standard 8am–5pm workday.

Qualifications

  • Ability to obtain a Level 2 security clearance with a clean background.
  • 5 years of technical Project Management experience with High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Autodesk, and Building Connect/MEP drawings.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Project Management: Oversee commercial construction and facility lifecycle projects from conception and bidding to final walkthrough and closeout.
  • Budget & Schedule Control: Develop, track, and maintain project schedules and budgets. Monitor project costs, review subcontractor invoices, and process change orders accurately.
  • Subcontractor & Vendor Coordination: Procure materials, hire subcontractors, and coordinate daily site activities to ensure work is completed to Tecton's quality standards.
  • Bid & RFP Management: Assist in estimating and preparing bids for new commercial, municipal, or industrial projects (e.g., facility upgrades, structural lifecycle repairs, renovations).
  • Site Safety & Compliance: Ensure all job sites adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations, local building codes, and company safety protocols.
  • Client Communication: Act as the main liaison between Tecton and the property owners/clients, providing regular status reports, leading site meetings, and managing expectations.

Location: Dallas, Texas. Job Type: Permanent. Salary: $130,000 - 145,000 per year. Work Hours: 8am to 5pm. Education: No Degree Required.
