Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee various construction projects from inception through completion. In this role, you will manage project teams, coordinate with Clients, Architects, Engineers, and Subcontractors, and ensure that every aspect of the project meets our high standards for quality, safety, budget, and schedule. Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership: Direct and mentor project teams, ensuring that all members understand their roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations.
Planning & Execution: Oversee every phase of construction projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and on-site supervision.
Quality & Safety:Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment. Implement and enforce quality control measures and safety protocols.
Communication & Coordination: Collaborate with a wide range of clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors and team members to ensure seamless project execution and timely approvals.
Documentation & Compliance: Manage project documentation, including RFI responses, submittals, change orders, and all required project records. Ensure compliance with industry standards and local regulations.
Budget & Schedule Management: Control project costs, track expenses, and manage schedules to meet or exceed planned milestones. Identify and mitigate potential delays or cost overruns.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field (Required).
Experience: Minimum of two years of progressive experience in construction project management; industrial or commercial experience. Three or more years of project management experience is highly preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
Soft Skills:Strong organizational, communication, and leadership abilities. Detail-oriented with the capacity to handle multiple deadlines and complex project scopes.
Problem-Solving: Able to anticipate challenges, develop creative solutions, and maintain composure under pressure.
