Job summary

Engtal is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee projects from subcontractor award through final turnover, partnering with office staff and field Superintendents to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with strict quality and safety standards.

You will lead activities with superintendents, engineers, and subcontractors; develop schedules; manage submittals, RFIs, and procurement; monitor costs; and provide regular progress reports to leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of construction project management experience.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Knowledge of construction methods, equipment, and best practices.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Project.

Responsibilities
