Bluegrass Stream LLC is seeking a seasoned construction project leader to drive end-to-end commercial projects in Chicago. You will oversee budgets, schedules, procurement, and subcontractor coordination, while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring thorough documentation.

The role requires hands-on leadership, risk management, and mentoring of the project team to deliver projects on time, within scope, and to the client’s satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
