Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from inception through completion. You will manage timelines, budgets, resources, and safety compliance, coordinating with subs and stakeholders to meet project objectives on time and within specs.

Key requirements include proven PM experience in commercial construction and public works, ground-up projects, strong knowledge of safety standards and codes, and excellent leadership and communication

Qualifications

• Proven experience in commercial construction project management.
• Experience with public works and government projects.
• Ground-up construction experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and projects effectively.
• Familiarity with scheduling software and project management tools.

Responsibilities
