Qualifications

  • Lead planning, coordination and execution of construction projects within scope, schedule and budget.
  • Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar software.
  • Manage project budgets by tracking costs, analyzing variances and applying cost controls with HeavyBid or similar tools.
  • Oversee preparation and review of plans, blueprints and specs for accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, subcontractors and internal teams for smooth progress.
  • Monitor site activities for safety, quality and regulatory adherence per local regulations.
  • Manage contracts, change orders and procurement with thorough documentation.
  • Supervise on-site and remote teams, driving timely problem resolution and high morale.
  • Ensure timely submission of progress reports and safety/regulatory filings.
  • Drive project success through time management, risk mitigation and proactive problem-solving.
  • Extensive experience with Bluebeam, Civil 3D, HeavyBid/HeavyJob and MS Office.

  • Deep understanding of construction regulations, safety standards, and regulatory compliance requirements
  • Excellent project leadership skills with a track record of managing teams effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Expertise in cost management practices including budgeting, financial tracking, and contract negotiations
  • Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders while maintaining clear communication channels throughout the project lifecycle
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on time management to meet deadlines consistently
  • Familiarity with managing contracts and ensuring adherence to legal requirements in the construction industry
