Job summary

Facade Today seeks a motivated Project Manager to lead construction projects from kickoff to completion, overseeing office planning and field execution. The role requires strong leadership, proven construction management experience, and proficiency with modern PM software to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Key responsibilities include developing schedules, controlling costs, reviewing plans, coordinating with clients and subcontractors, and maintaining thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Lead planning, coordination and execution of construction projects within scope, schedule and budget.
• Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar software.
• Manage project budgets by tracking costs, analyzing variances and applying cost controls with HeavyBid or similar tools.
• Oversee preparation and review of plans, blueprints and specs for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, subcontractors and internal teams for smooth progress.
• Monitor site activities for safety, quality and regulatory adherence per local regulations.
• Manage contracts, change orders and procurement with thorough documentation.
• Supervise on-site and remote teams, driving timely problem resolution and high morale.
• Ensure timely submission of progress reports and safety/regulatory filings.
• Drive project success through time management, risk mitigation and proactive problem-solving.
• Extensive experience with Bluebeam, Civil 3D, HeavyBid/HeavyJob and MS Office.

• Skilled in reading blueprints and construction plans accurately to guide project execution
• Deep understanding of construction regulations, safety standards, and regulatory compliance requirements
• Excellent project leadership skills with a track record of managing teams effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Expertise in cost management practices including budgeting, financial tracking, and contract negotiations
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders while maintaining clear communication channels throughout the project lifecycle
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on time management to meet deadlines consistently
• Familiarity with managing contracts and ensuring adherence to legal requirements in the construction industry
