Job summary

Just Construction Recruitment is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support commercial and industrial construction projects in South Carolina, ranging from $500K to $40M. You will work with Project Managers and Superintendents to coordinate procurement, documentation, costs and schedules, ensuring safety, on-time delivery and budget adherence.

Responsibilities include submittals, RFIs, Procore document control, progress tracking, look-ahead schedules, review pay apps, and daily coordination

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of commercial construction experience, including 2+ years as a Project Engineer or equivalent.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Procore proficiency required.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Project or equivalent scheduling software.

• Maintain communication with clients, architects, engineers and subcontractors.
• Support project meetings, reporting, punch lists and final closeout.
• Mentor and provide day-to-day guidance to Project Engineers.

A leading general contractor is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the delivery of commercial and industrial construction projects ranging from $500K to $40M, including smaller upfits and complex advanced manufacturing projects.

Working alongside Project Managers and Superintendents, you’ll coordinate procurement, manage project documentation, monitor costs and schedules, and help ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
