• 5+ years of construction project management experience.
• Experience with scheduling, cost control, and subcontractor coordination.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Procore, Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Ability to travel to the project site approximately 25%.
