Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our team in Billerica, MA, onsite. You will manage the full lifecycle of large-scale mechanical and infrastructure upgrades, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure safety, schedule, scope and site requirements are met.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience with mechanical/infrastructure projects, strong communication skills, and a track record of managing CapEx initiatives and onboarding contractors.

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing mechanical and infrastructure upgrades on site.
• 3-5 years supervisory experience or 5+ years facilities mechanical experience.
• Strong client-facing skills with excellent communication abilities.
• Experience managing large CapEx projects and onboarding contractors.
• Ability to review technical documentation and coordinate complex project activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive project management support throughout the full project lifecycle, including planning, design, construction coordination, execution, and project closeout.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within scope, and in compliance with site requirements.
• Review and manage project-related documentation, including SOPs, engineering drawings, specifications, and training materials.
• Collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Facilities, Quality, Maintenance, Engineering Specialists, and Engineering Document Control to facilitate timely project execution and document control.
• Coordinate with Facilities Maintenance to support project logistics, scheduling, and site readiness, ensuring seamless integration with ongoing facility operations.

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be part of the Facilities Operations supporting large-scale mechanical and infrastructure upgrades. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Billerica, MA (onsite)

Pay Range: $60 to $65 per hour

What's the Job?

• Provide comprehensive project management support throughout the full project lifecycle, including planning, design, construction coordination, execution, and project closeout.

• Strong client-facing skills with excellent communication abilities.
• Experience managing large CapEx projects and onboarding contractors.
• Ability to review technical documentation and coordinate complex project activities effectively.
