Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities operations, technical project coordination, or systems integration within complex environments.
• Strong knowledge of building systems including electrical infrastructure, HVAC, mechanical systems, and their integration requirements.
• Proven experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders, including contractors, vendors, and engineering teams.

Our client, a leading organization in complex facility operations, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the Facilities Management Department supporting building renovation and systems integration projects. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, technical expertise, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Chicago, IL

Pay Range: $50-$55/hr
