ManpowerGroup's client in Richmond, VA is seeking a Construction Project Manager 4 to lead data center construction initiatives. You will serve as primary liaison among lease providers, construction partners, and internal teams to drive projects from development through delivery.

The role demands a Bachelor's in CM/Engineering/Architecture and 5+ years of data center PM experience, with strong communication, scheduling (Primavera P6), and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 5+ years of construction project management experience in data centers or mission-critical facilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with scheduling software such as Primavera P6 and familiarity with Bluebeam.
• OSHA 30 certification, PMP certification, and data center cooling system experience are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact between lease provider construction teams and internal stakeholders throughout project development and delivery.
• Manage multiple data center and mission-critical construction projects, ensuring safe worksite practices and compliance with lease agreements.
• Coordinate activities and deliverables across various teams, including engineering, operations, security, environmental health & safety, and external contractors.
• Track project scope, schedule, budget, and Ready for Service (RFS) milestones, providing regular status reports and updates.
• Conduct site walks, attend contractor and owner meetings, and drive issue resolution, decision-making, and project execution.

Our client, a leading technology company in the data center construction industry, is seeking a Construction Project Manager 4 to join their team.As a Construction Project Manager, you will be part of the Data Center Development team supporting lease providers, construction partners, and cross-functional stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, project management expertise, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Construction Project Manager 4
Location: Richmond, VA (Onsite)
Pay Range: $78.25 - $84.28 per hour

What’s the Job?
