Job summary

Eaton Construction Services is seeking a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to join a growing Southeast team. The role focuses on commercial construction projects, with ownership of schedule, safety, budget, and client communication to deliver complex builds.

The ideal candidate has a strong PM foundation, experience with high-pressure projects, and is eager to take on broader leadership as the company expands into Atlanta and beyond.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of plans, specs, manuals, and contracts.
• Experience with CSI MasterFormat and trade coordination.
• Proven ability in budgets, forecasting, and cost control.
• Strong RFIs, submittals, procurement logs, and doc management.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Drive schedule, budget, quality, documentation, and profitability.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, owners, design teams, and field teams.
• Review contracts, specs, and project requirements.
• Lead bid leveling, buyout, and subcontract execution.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, procurement, change orders, and cost projections.
• Lead project meetings and maintain client communication.
• Identify risks early and solve problems.
• Work with Superintendents to align office and field.
• Deliver projects safely, profitably, on schedule.

Eaton Construction is in the middle of a major growth phase. We're expanding our presence across the Southeast, growing our team, taking on larger and more complex work, and opening two additional offices in the region. Our project portfolio is focused on Multifamily, Hospitality, Specialized Retail & Office, and Industrial construction, complemented by select public-sector projects. We are preparing to open our third office in Atlanta GA, and need top tier talent with high level experience, ambition, and drive to join our team.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager who wants to build with us. We want someone with a strong commercial construction foundation who is hungry to grow, willing to take ownership, and excited about helping build something bigger than their individual projects. This project manager should have experience with high pressure and expectation projects.

Responsibilities

• Managing commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Driving schedule, budget, quality, documentation, and profitability
• Coordinating subcontractors, vendors, owners, design teams, and field personnel
• Reviewing and administering contracts, specifications, and project requirements
• Developing scopes and leading bid leveling, buyout, and subcontract execution
• Managing RFIs, submittals, procurement, change orders, and cost projections
• Leading project meetings and maintaining strong client communication
• Identifying risk early and solving problems before they become bigger problems
• Working alongside Superintendents to keep the office and field aligned
• Delivering projects safely, profitably, professionally, and on schedule
