Eaton Construction is looking for a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to lead commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will drive schedule, budget, quality, documentation, and profitability while coordinating subcontractors and design teams to meet client expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial construction project management.
• Ability to manage plans, specs, contracts.
• Proficiency with CSI MasterFormat and trade coordination.
• Experience with buyout, procurement, change management.
• Forecasting, budgeting, and cost control.
• Scheduling and coordination of subcontractors.
• Managing RFIs, submittals, and procurement logs.
• Leading owner/client communications (OAC).
• Proficiency with Autodesk Construction Cloud or Procore.
• Strong Excel-based bid tabulations and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Managing commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Driving schedule, budget, quality, documentation, and profitability.
• Coordinating subcontractors, vendors, owners, design teams, and field personnel.
• Reviewing and administering contracts, specifications, and project requirements.
• Developing scopes and leading bid leveling, buyout, and subcontract execution.
• Managing RFIs, submittals, procurement, change orders, and cost projections.
• Leading project meetings and maintaining strong client communication.
• Identifying risk early and solving problems before they escalate.
• Working with Superintendents to align office and field.
• Delivering projects safely, profitably, on schedule.
