Job summary

Montante Construction is seeking a Construction Project Management Intern to support the project management team. Interns will gain hands-on experience in the full lifecycle of construction projects, assisting with procurement, document control, and project coordination.

The internship is structured over 12 weeks and designed for students in related fields. Responsibilities include budget tracking and participation in project meetings. Flexible scheduling options are available.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a related degree.
• Exposure to the construction industry preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old as of May 2026.
• Reliable transportation to travel to multiple job sites.

Responsibilities

• Support procurement and bid process management.
• Assist with document control, RFIs, and project logs.
• Manage contracts and subcontractor communication.
• Participate in project meetings and field coordination.
• Observe budget tracking, scheduling, and progress reporting.
• Learn customer-centric communication in projects.
