Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Project Management Director to lead department-related management services within an assigned market or client account in San Antonio. This onsite role oversees projects from initiation to closeout, aligning with CBRE's strategic objectives and RISE values.

You will supervise staff, drive cross-functional collaboration, manage budgets and risk, and develop new business while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; 8–12 years preferred.
• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designations preferred.
• Experience in staffing, training, development, coaching, measuring, and rewarding performance and retention.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple construction projects from initiation through closeout.
• Supervise staff, provide coaching, and conduct performance evaluations.
• Coordinate daily team activities, set schedules, and deadlines.
• Manage procurement, contracting, planning, tracking, and execution.
• Oversee financial performance of markets and client accounts.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Drive business growth and maintain client relationships.
• Advance CBRE RISE values in leadership and operations.
