Job summary

Kingspan Group invites applications for its Graduate Programme in DeLand, Florida. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience in planning, coordinating, and delivering insulated metal panel (IMP) projects within safety, schedule, quality and budget targets.

You will review project specifications and shop drawings, confirm scope, develop timelines, coordinate resources, and interact with stakeholders across levels of the organisation.

Qualifications

• No more than 12 months post-graduation.
• Available to start by 30 September 2027.
• Eligible to live and work in the U.S.
• Degree or Master’s in Construction/Project Management or related.
• Full-time, in-person work.
• Good verbal and written English.

Candidate requirements:

• You should be no more than 12 months post-graduation and available to take up a position no later than 30 September 2027

• You should have no more than 12 months’work experience (not including university placements, internships, summer jobs, etc.)

• You must be eligible to live and work permanentlyinthe U.S

• You will need to have aDegreeand/or Masters in a relevant discipline i.e.:

Construction/Project Management

• Agood levelof verbal and written English

• Driving Licence

• Willing to work full-time, in person
