Job summary

Kingspan Group offers a Graduate Programme in the United States. You will develop standardized Onshape templates for HAC and product families, and create reusable Onshape Feature Scripts to automate modeling tasks.

You will deliver 2–3 production-ready automation tools, quantify design quality improvements, and support the Zero by Design initiative while collaborating across the organization. Relocation may be offered, with global opportunities available.

Qualifications

• No more than 12 months post-graduation and available by 30 September 2027.
• No more than 12 months’ work experience (excluding university placements, internships, summer jobs).
• Eligible to live and work permanently in the U.S.
• Degree and/or Masters in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering or related field.

• Develop standardized Onshape design and drawing templates for HAC and common product families, incorporating company design standards and best practices.
• Create reusable Onshape Feature Scripts to automate repetitive modeling tasks, improve consistency, and reduce model creation time.
• Build automated design audit tools supporting the Zero by Design initiative, including checks for dimensions, naming conventions, configurations, and metadata.
• Deliver 2-3 production-ready automation tools and measure their impact on engineering setup and design speed.
• Quantify common modeling issues identified before release and improvements in overall design quality and compliance.

Candidate requirements:
