Qualifications

• 5 years of project management experience in construction or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication across teams and clients.
• Experience with scheduling, estimating basics, and managing subcontractors.
• Knowledge of safety and OSHA compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for project scope, team and overall success.
• Manage process from start to closeout with project team.
• Maintain positive long-term client relationships.
• Lead pre-construction activities from site surveys to vendor selection.
• Assist with estimating and bid packages.
• Create and maintain master project schedules and milestones.
• Provide weekly project updates to clients and executives.
• Assist in subcontract agreements and change order management.
• Ensure timely and accurate subcontracting and reporting.
• Verify weekly project reports on progress, manpower, and info.
• Lead safety and OSHA compliance across projects.
