Job summary

Cornerstone Management is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee the construction process across projects within a defined zone, coordinating budgets, tools, materials, and teams to meet schedule goals on site.

The CM will conduct frequent site visits, enforce safety standards, and report to the CEO/Operations Manager while coordinating with Site Superintendents and subcontractors to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating construction projects and teams is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Procore or similar construction management tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day construction zone activities and schedule alignment.
• Ensure toolbox talks cover scope, changes, safety, and standards.
• Verify QA/QC plans are followed and perform random QC checks.
• Coordinate material movement and workspace staffing within zones.
• Review estimates with the CEO to stay within scope and budget.
• Communicate change orders promptly to the CEO and clients.
• Attend on-site project and client meetings and manage punch lists.
