Brown & Root Industrial Services is seeking a Project Leader to manage multiple renovations and upgrades in commercial and industrial settings. You will oversee the full lifecycle from concept to completion, coordinating with clients and subcontractors to deliver on time and within scope.

The role requires 7+ years in construction, a degree in construction management or engineering, and strong skills in estimating, scheduling, and communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field preferred
• Associate degree in construction or engineering-related field preferred
• Minimum 7 years of experience in commercial/industrial construction
• Experience coordinating multi-trade subcontractors and renovations
• Experience with Job Order Contracting (JOC) preferred
• Experience with lump-sum/fixed-price estimates from subcontractor proposals
• Familiarity with price books like RS Means or Gordian is a plus
• Ability to read engineering drawings and project specs
• Strong communication and coordination skills

Responsabilités

• Manage all phases of multiple construction projects from concept to completion
• Develop scope of work, perform quantity takeoffs, and prepare detailed estimates
• Conduct site visits and integrate findings into pricing proposals
• Lead client discussions to finalize scopes and pricing
• Coordinate pre-bid meetings and subcontractor inquiries
• Select and manage on-site subcontractors
• Prepare bid packages and invitations to bid
• Maintain submittal logs and project schedules
• Ensure close-out documentation (as-builts, permits, warranties)
