Job summary

USA Renovations is seeking an Construction Project Manager to lead commercial projects from kickoff to completion. This role owns strategy, planning, scheduling, execution, and financial performance for each project, developing labor plans, allocating crews, building schedules, and protecting gross profit margins.

You will balance customer expectations, field operations, and overall profitability while delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects.
• Demonstrated experience managing project budgets and financial performance.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Own the financial performance of assigned projects from award through closeout.
• Develop labor strategies that maximize efficiency while protecting profitability.
• Monitor budgets, labor costs, lodging, travel, equipment, subcontractor expenses, and production costs.
• Forecast project financial performance throughout execution.
• Identify financial risks early and implement corrective action.
• Drive projects to meet or exceed targeted gross profit margins.
