USA Renovations is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead the complete operational and financial execution of commercial projects from kickoff through closeout.

This leadership role owns strategy, planning, scheduling, execution, and financial performance, with office-based work in Richardson, TX and up to 30% travel to sites. You will optimize labor, budgets, and profitability while coordinating diverse teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects and budgets.
• Strong leadership, organization and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating multi-site projects and labor planning.
• Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with Procore or similar CM software.

Responsibilities

• Own the financial performance of assigned projects from award through closeout.
• Develop labor strategies and allocate crews to maximize efficiency.
• Forecast budgets, monitor costs, and protect gross profit margins.
• Lead scheduling, coordination with customers, field operations, and subcontractors.
• Escalate issues and drive process improvements to meet timelines and budgets.
