Engtal is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee projects from subcontractor awards through final turnover in Milwaukee. You will partner with office staff and field Superintendents to ensure on-time delivery, budget compliance, and quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities include leading activities with Superintendents and subcontractors, developing schedules, managing submittals and procurement, handling RFIs and drawings, monitoring costs, and reporting progress to leadership.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years of construction project management experience.
• Strong ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Knowledge of construction methods, equipment, and best practices.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software such as MS Project.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate all project activities alongside Superintendents, Project Engineers, and subcontractors.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules.
• Manage submittals, shop drawings, and procurement of materials and equipment.
• Oversee RFIs and drawing revisions throughout the construction process.
• Monitor project costs, including change orders for both subcontractors and owners.
• Coordinate with public and private utilities as needed.
• Facilitate meetings with owners, architects, and key stakeholders.
• Provide regular progress reports to leadership and project partners.
• Manage punch list completion and project closeout documentation.
