Job summary

Talently is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multifamily, senior living, and commercial construction projects in the Boston area. You will oversee pre-construction through closeout, manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors, and partner with clients to deliver safe, on-time, and on-budget results.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's in a related field, 3–10+ years of experience, and proficiency with Procore, MS Project, and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in construction management, facilities management, engineering, or related field.
3–10+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects over $20 million, preferably multifamily.
Knowledge of complete construction lifecycle from preconstruction to closeout.
Proficiency with Procore or similar PM software and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

Contribute to bidding, proposal, and interview processes.
Oversee document control: drawings, RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes.
Manage project financials: scopes, subcontractors, cost forecasting, change orders, invoices, monthly billing.
Collaborate with field staff to maintain baseline schedules and procurements.
Build relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project partners.
Deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
Delegate to Assistant PMs and Coordinators and monitor task completion.
Maintain safety as a top priority throughout the project lifecycle.
