Job summary

CESO, a leading Architecture, Engineering, and Construction firm, seeks a Project Manager to plan, execute, and deliver complex projects from inception through closeout. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, manage client relationships, and ensure financial performance and quality control.

Ideal candidates will have a relevant degree, 4+ years managing design/construction projects, licensure, and PMP credentials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of direct project management in design/construction.
• Professional licensure (RA/PE/PS/RLA) and PMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver projects within deadlines and budget.
• Coordinate team members and third-party contractors or consultants.
• Oversee quality control and manage invoicing and accounts receivable.
• Represent CESO in client communications from start to closeout and post-agreement marketing.
